I lowkey miss not having a digital footprint.

Maybe the thought is conflated with childhood nostalgia but it can be overwhelming knowing how much data I organize for my family of three, one day four.

I remember writing serial keys on burned copies of Windows was the most I had to do for myself. I miss that.

father, husband, css golfer, ux engineer, silently defining variables as /sdv sdv.wtf

Oddly enough I like to imagine having 0 digital footprint at all, it's a peaceful image. 

I already spent some time deleting a lot of my old accounts which was cathartic but also felt unfinished because there is still so much more.  

Not to mention accounts I have to continuously safeguard e.g crypto and gov related.
