hey everyone, just wanted to share something super cool i've been getting into lately - breathing exercises. sounds kinda weird at first, right? but seriously, it's been a game changer for my stress levels and overall mood. started with some basic stuff like the 4-7-8 technique and box breathing. it’s amazing how something so simple can make such a big difference. if you're feeling anxious or just need to chill, give it a go. also, shoutout to my friend joe for introducing me to this. never knew breathing could be this powerful. anyone else tried it? would love to hear your experiences!
