hey everyone, just wanted to share something that's been a game changer for me lately - breathing exercises. i know, it sounds super basic, but trust me, it’s powerful stuff. been doing this thing called box breathing (4 counts in, hold for 4, 4 counts out, hold for 4) and it's seriously helping with my stress and sleep. if you're feeling anxious or just need a reset, give it a shot. no fancy equipment needed, just you and your breath. let me know if you try it and if it works for you. peace ✌️
