There’s a lot of big brains here but as a smb owner who takes crypto (and luckily have not received any returns or chargebacks), if you run your business honestly it won’t be a huge problem 

There are a few packages that have gone missing that I’ve replaced - but generally I break even or just lose a tiny bit on replaced orders.

I havent gotten to the point where I’ve fired specific customers but I have no qualms doing that if it gets to that point

use pirate ship and put insurance on every order (this is what I did when I lived stateside and sold custom pins)

make the mail insurance companies pay

Pirate ship isn’t available in my country, but I do put insurance on every order. I usually give a free upgrade to my customers, since the price difference to pay for insurance is only a few dollars. 

The shipping carriers are definitely paying me 😜
