Is there a 100k servicing thing you can do for humans? Nothing in particular wrong with me but feeling generally run down Oddly enough whoop is giving me a streak of > 90% green recoveries after weeks of reds and yellows. I guess body is already in repair mode ahead of mind. Zero motivation for strenuous exercise but did go for a 4 mile walk today
