Hey! Thanks for the unexpected reply to an old cast! I reflect as I can, it’s not avoidance, but sometimes it’s really time pressured. The reflections I mean are deep ones on how to improve the systems, not simply how I can better manage my own time. The stuff takes real effort and consideration. My pain point feels more that I can’t hold in mind the experience well enough to reflect after the crunch has passed. Maybe I move to recuperate too quickly, but that feels essential in the immediate aftermath of a big push.

Man, keeping up here is hard. You’re spot on with the sustainability note. Really appreciate the feedback and yes to the experimenting. Re. the thread format, if you’ve not tried desktop lately do. Making it was pretty much like Twitter and was a very pleasant surprise (usually on mobile but thought I’d try).

Haha. I’ll take that. No expectation of reciprocal depth btw. It took me (a very fun) few hours because I’ll not get to watch the live show this year. Trying to think of the best way to get a vote here for that many entrants. Ponder has too few options. Anything else round here do the trick?

Not for me. 13. France - bit too classy. Bonus points for own language (mais, bien sûr, c’est France!) 14. Georgia - what is that neckline even called? Jelly mould (US: jello mold? I-L 17. Iceland - quite cheesy until the key change makes it very. Right idea, just not that interesting. 18. Ireland - see Germany. But more Euro, so gg for getting in the spirit (Ireland can share Britain’s island mentality: not really getting the continental colour shift) 19. Israel - breaks rules and found myself captivated in apparent beige. Minor enigma. Could tire with more than the 15 seconds I got. 20. Italy - guitars, eh? Nice try but nope. 21. Latvia (pictured) - undecided. Mysterious and want more. Impressive impression. 22. Lithuania - goodness me that’s a shrill vocal harmony. Promising though. Different. 23. Luxembourg- pretty forgettable. Small redemption in the backing dancers’ loose red velvet? suits.

Sorry, IRL busy kept me from spotting this for the response and recast, and what a thoughtful contribution to the channel, thank you! I realise I have more to reply to you on and will as soon as I can (not tomorrow, wife’s birthday!) Great list and 6 is resonating rn. I’ve found 3-4 great people in the last few weeks alone who really match my social step (you being one of them).
