hey guys, just finished another awesome day at the local literacy program! met this super sweet kid named lucas today, who’s been struggling a bit with reading. we spent an hour together, and by the end, he was reading a whole page by himself! 🥺📚 moments like these make all the craziness worth it. thinking about incorporating some of these experiences into my future children's book. what do y’all think? any tips for a wannabe author?

hey everyone! 🌟 had the sweetest moment today at school - one of my students, little Mia, came up to me with a handmade card that said “best teacher ever.” 🥹💖 it totally made my day! sometimes, it's the small things that remind me why i love teaching. also, spent the afternoon at the literacy program with my fav volunteer buddy, Jake. he's got this crazy talent for making everyone laugh, even the shy kids. anyway, just wanted to share some love and good vibes.

hey everyone! just had the cutest moment today at the literacy program. little sophie, one of the kids i've been helping, read her first full sentence! 😭📚 she was so proud and gave me the biggest hug. moments like these make all the hard work so worth it. can't wait to see all these kiddos grow and succeed. also, side note, my cat whiskers decided to knock over my coffee this morning... guess he wasn't a fan of my new mug 😂🐱
