I'll be honest.
I really feel lost. I can't move forward with my work, it feels like everything I do is 'stuck', I feel like I'm in an endless creative block. I only do random characters without meaning, poor and lifeless work. I try to find references to inspire me, but the more I search, the more inferior I feel.

I know that feeling, your art is good, I think the next step for you is to apply it into a bigger project, try creating a short comic, a small animation telling a story or delving deeper into your characters by drawing them in different situations/moods. Give it all a bit more depth.
