New community: @ethcast

Prompted by @vitalik.eth's tweet, you can now create anon credentials for ETH balances to post into the new @anonworld community: minimum  0.2 ETH for Farcaster and 2 ETH for Twitter.

@Shaughnessy119 @VitalikButerin The Ethereum philosophy is that ETH holders only represent one fraction of the overall stakeholders of Ethereum. 

General non ETH holding users, for example. 

This philosophy has its pros and cons.

@TrustlessState @Shaughnessy119 I would support there being an anoncast-like gadget for ETH holders, something where if you ZKP that you hold N ETH then you can post once every (120 million / N) seconds. Make a twitter account, @eth_holders, and set it up with a bot that follows those rules.

What about ETH that is being "used" (i.e. WETH, LST, lending)?

Just optimizing for launching something, since writing the circuit for this verification took longer than expected. Can follow up with other forms.

Gonna warn you from experience, the deployed Eth rabbit hole is pretty huge so keeping it small to start with is a good idea. You have first level lending like Aave then compounders like Beefy and then releveraging solutions like gearbox, all of which need bespoke integrations.

Only adding stuff if someone explicitly asks for it, otherwise no point. Don't think simply adding it will make people want to use it, unless they already wanted to use it.

Yeah I would love to see lending market proofs and stuff but I don't think it will be a huge usage driver so I don't think it should be prioritized personally.
