New community: @ethcast

Prompted by @vitalik.eth's tweet, you can now create anon credentials for ETH balances to post into the new @anonworld community: minimum  0.2 ETH for Farcaster and 2 ETH for Twitter.

@Shaughnessy119 @VitalikButerin The Ethereum philosophy is that ETH holders only represent one fraction of the overall stakeholders of Ethereum. 

General non ETH holding users, for example. 

This philosophy has its pros and cons.

@TrustlessState @Shaughnessy119 I would support there being an anoncast-like gadget for ETH holders, something where if you ZKP that you hold N ETH then you can post once every (120 million / N) seconds. Make a twitter account, @eth_holders, and set it up with a bot that follows those rules.

What about ETH that is being "used" (i.e. WETH, LST, lending)?

Just optimizing for launching something, since writing the circuit for this verification took longer than expected. Can follow up with other forms.

No reason for it besides didn't want to prematurely solve for it before people actually used the thing. 

Also, I haven't thought about how it would work since I'm an app dev learning ZK as I go, so don't have the upfront skills to solve (though seems like I need nullifiers to rate limit)

BTW I am curious, why does anoncast currently (I think?) not have rate limits of any kind? It feels like in the long run, you have to, because otherwise any single person in a group can make a proxy and dilute that group's membership set to pretty much everyone on earth.

Holding variations of staked tokens should also be qualifying, like stETH

made up numbers to prevent spam, easy to tweak if needed

whats the rationale between the 0.2 - 2 ratio between platforms?

I’m having trouble adding a credential :(

if there's a badge for fc/twitter users and eth addresses that's notorious for being bad actors, that would be cool

maybe color coded too; red for the worst, various shades of orange/red for degree of separation from those labels, etc
