Listing a cryptocurrency is the process of adding a token or coin to any trading platform that provides the opportunity to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat currencies or other assets. Accordingly, delisting is the process of stopping trading of a selected cryptocurrency on any platform. Listing in cryptocurrencies has the same goals as in the case of company shares on traditional exchanges. Namely, creating a safe trading environment for stakeholders. For example, for early investors this is an opportunity to make a profit, for issuers of tokens - to make a profit immediately, attract new users and income in the future, for traders - to speculate on cryptocurrency quotes or buy or sell them for other user purposes.
