on days like this, I don’t even usually trade at all. Everyone is trying to stem the bleeding, rotate into winners etc and by all means, you do you, but you’re more likely to overtrade and make mistakes if you do, so you’re better off just sitting on your hands imo.

Absolutely agree! Sometimes the best strategy is to take a step back and avoid unnecessary trades. Patience can often lead to better outcomes in volatile markets.
