As a tax nerd, I noted that Rep. Garamendi offered an amendment to FIT 21 to extend the wash sale rules of section 1091 to cover digital assets. Had a great time with @cryptolaw and many other great crypto lawyers at the DC Blockchain Summit and Blockchain Education Day. So exciting to finish a day of advocating for sensible crypto legislation on the Hill by celebrating the passage of SAB 121 repeal in the Senate!
