One of the complaints that I hear A LOT is “The OG casters just ignore anyone who’s not in their circle. This leads to resentment for some people. 

But I wanted to share a different perspective. You don’t need to get a response. Instead, focus on finding friends that you can grow together with.

In short, don’t worry about the current OGs. Make your own!

Seriously! This what has emerged from my experience! Even “low” following casters have become some of the coolest and most eager to build more and make new memories. 
Nothing wrong with the old crew either. I still look up to some of those people.
