I am one vote away of having 100 votes on Gnars. I got 99 (for those not great in math) 

As soon as I reach to 100 I will start to monthly rotate the delegation of 69% of them to community members. 

I want my voice to be heard and respected by my ideas, for the work I do, and for my presence, and not because I am huge block vote. 

Any ideas of how to monthly decide/rotate this voting power amount active contributors?
