Eh, solana will probably get eaten by some faster and shinier L1 in the coming years, it will not drive culture on a 10+ year time frame Think ethereum maybe has a bit more long-term resilience and, alongside that, cryptopunks. But agree it kind of feels boomer, still want one though

Gotta think about time horizon in which these artifacts accrue value. But tbh even on low time frame, punks rising rn indicates that ppl want them in squo When price is higher they will feel less lame

Nah If that was the case then sui or even aptos should be the leading L1 but it isn’t Sol went through a dark age and came out of it. The community is people who ship fast, break shit and adapt to build dope shit. I mean look at superteam. They’re huge and global. Bringing Solana to more markets and people. I can’t really think of a eth alternative that made such an impact. The culture is already strong there and it’s gonna get even better as times passes.

have you used many dapps on solana? I think solana is just as resilient as eth Both had catastrophic events that they recovered from (eth fork and ftx implosion). Arguably, solana recovered faster and better Solana today is where ETH was in 2020 around defi summer

Attention is all that matters and solana has the momentum for now. It might change in the future but will require some huge catalysts, currently do not foresee any major catalysts imho
