IMO there's a client opportunity to focus on persistent frames -- i.e. frames that shouldn't get lost in a quickly moving feed. Some frames should be "see, tap, keep scrolling". But others you want to repeatedly interact with or monitor. Those aren't serviced well right now.

Worthy of a new app imo. It would be ideal if it was within warpcast, like curation/discovery, but that feels like a side quest for them

I think it's more of an app store than an advertisement aggregator :) Except you can use the app within the store, instead of needing to do all the installation hullabaloo. Kind of like old online game websites like Miniclip, but for all sorts of different things
