These are the days when I ended up drawing because there were so many places with no Wi-Fi.

Today, I walked around the park to enjoy the autumn foliage🍁. A few days ago, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my neck from working in front of the computer for over 8 hours a day for a couple of mons. The doctor prescribed regular movement and advised me not to work more than 3 hours a day. I followed the advice today and am determined to get healthy again. Health is the most important thing.
