I’ve recently read that foreign investment has somewhat increased in North Korea, but very little out of the overallNorth korea attract Foreign direct investment (FDI) ..1. how true is that ? 
And also heard that foreigners in North korea are banned from establishing enterprise. Hence, investing is forbidden in publishing ,telecommunications,broadcasting etc sector …2. Is there a specific reason for that.

2) North Korea still clings to Soviet-era ideas about central control over the economy and sees capitalism and market forces as foreign threats.
