I was somewhere around your results about a decade ago...but realised that I don't like being taken advantage of in situations and not do anything about it...so I made some changes over the years

- started saying No
- Don't forgive (people don't change)
- don't be too emotional
- help others until it doesn't harm you

Why do you think a bit more bottom right is good for survival?
