US writer friends: I want to take a month long writing retreat to finish my novel soon (March). Ocean/mountain town with walkable access for groceries and ideally nature for walks/running. Any place that you'd recommend?

Not ocean towns, but I like St George Utah (Kayenta) and weโ€™ve been itching to go to Sedona โ€ฆ though I feel like Iโ€™d just do nature hikes than writing lol

Pico Iyer used to go to a monastery in Big Sur, Idk how accessible it is. Forgot where I read about it but found this podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/in/podcast/how-a-wildfire-sent-pico-iyer-in-search-of-silence/id120315179?i=1000684410307

Nederland CO or really most of the mountain ski towns in CO (Breck, Aspen) might hit these asks if you find the right Airbnb. If you're feeling really adventurous, Crested Butte fits it perfectly but is a bit of a haul from DIA.
