This is great @erica ty for sharing! Also want to highlight the huge imp of morning routines. Our 🧠 is still in theta/delta waves post waking for ~ 30-40 mins or so. It’s imp to use that time in a self caring way. I do a quick meditation for ~ 10mins where I set intentions for the day, then ☕️ & journal

I been struggling with this one a lot. It's so hard! Most of the ppl I work with are on the tail end of their day even when I wake up at 5-6 am. So I feel this immense pressure to get right at it. I often wake up thinking about who I want to check in with. Trying to reserve this essential me time.

It’s tough, especially in 24/7 round the world collab dynamics. The space right at the start though gets you better prepared to deal with the day. If you plug into stress from 5am it can set the tone for the day vs allowing calm & self care to be the tone. I’ve found that starts building nervous system resilience

Yeah definitely worth the effort! I'm trying to build the routine. I can feel the difference all day when I connect with that stress first thing, even before getting out of bed.
