Look mah', no Comcast -- first holiday season with fiber! Going to be traveling to see family, but finally able to stream high-def content from my homelab to anywhere in the world via WireGuard on OPNsense. Coming from 8Mbps, still feel like a kid in a candy shop 😅

I love my little municipal fiber ISP so much 🥲 Free dinner and drinks on Friday for a 10-year anniversary party, followed by free breakfast burritos in front of my building this morning as customer appreciation. ~1y in and still finding it surreal (no contracts, no data caps, fully symmetric, up to 10Gbps)

I'll have to respectfully disagree with you here — at least to the extent that we're talking specifically about podcasting! From my perspective, whoever wins, new media is playing an increasingly undeniable role. Kamala has been making the rounds herself, albeit in different circles.
