Why would anybody join a platform that is populated entirely by weird and insufferable crypto people? I'm INTO crypto and I find Farcaster ridiculous more often than not.

Why would they? Farcaster is full of crypto people, which most people find absolutely insufferable. I would never in a million years suggest anybody to join FC who already isn't part of crypto culture.

I was originally drawn to the financial democratization aspect of Ethereum, but now the narrative just seems to be institutional adoption and billionaires pumping our bags. This latest pump just feels icky to me, like it's blood money

Not the wrong channel, it's CRYPTOleft after all 😊 I was curious since neither DSA nor PSL orgs accept crypto donations/payments. Then visiting /r/socialism subreddit I see they're, like everywhere else on reddit, vehemently anti-crypto.
