Recovering Squatter hit bb squat 225 x 8 (previous session was 185 x 5. I had a feeling that if I pushed myself, some of my muscle memory would come back. Still nothing crazy, but I didn't fold over like a lawn chair lol Followed with calves, hyperextentions, shrugs, split squats, and ab wheel.
