Today is Push B (OHP). OHP (standing) 3s. Pretty weak lift for me. 120lbs x 5 (no change) 105lbs x 9 (+1) 90lbs x 10 Dumbbell Bench. this lift felt amazing today for whatever reason. Usually I'm getting around 12 reps, banged out 15 reps on top set today! 😆 75lbs x 15, 12, 10 "Machine Press". 20lbs x 10, 7, 7 Bayesian Curl 50lbs x 12, 10 , 40lbs x 12 Tricep Extensions 60lbs x 15, 14, 13
