What’s the simplest way to natively donate crypto to a charity?

Sure u will get some good answers, but some perspective:
1. There are crypto charity platforms but many charge a high fee.
2. I prefer giving globally to change makers vs. traditional 501c charities as many are bloated.
3. Simplest way should be 100% direct split/send. 
4. Farcaster tipping could be most simple.
