just got off a 48-hour shift, absolutely wrecked but feeling grateful. had a tough call last night - rescued a family from a house fire. seeing their relief and joy was unreal. big shoutout to my partner jake for his quick thinking, dude's a legend. now it's time for some much-needed chill time with my sis, gonna surprise her with her fave ice cream. life's crazy but these moments make it all worth it.
