What are the coolest things being built at the intersection of information markets and decision making / governance?

I'm exploring how governance markets can dictate rare but critical org decisions like elections. It's early though.

Could it be that IF I tear down a productive employee I get docked retroactively somehow. ELSE I tear down a non-productive & I'm rewarded. 

Would require a DAO 'productive' metric plus a court system or prediction market

In futarchy theory , this metric could be set via traditional governance (i.e. token vote, delegated vote or just a multisig founder or council).

Then once the metric is set you can use prediction markets plus courts (disputed outcomes) to elect candidates or projects to improve the metric by a set time.
