6 months ago, I got diagnosed with ADHD, and since then, I've been noticing patterns that impact my overall well-being, patterns Im determined to change.
One big realization: ever since starting my new job, Ive been hyper-focused to the point of completely disconnecting from other essential parts of myself, like eating well, lifting weights, moving overall and prioritizing my mental health.
Hyper-focus is powerful, but it can quickly tip into neglect. Tomorrow is Day 1 of intentionally reclaiming balance. I'm committed to reconnecting with what nourishes me: health, movement, and mindfulness.
