4/11 /appreciation 1.) I appreciate my mom. Yesterday she successfully went through a minor surgery and everything went well! She has been discharged. 2.) diffusers because of it’s aesthetic it brings to a room and of course the smell! 3.) clothes smelling like KBBQ because it just means you ate goood! #hungry

Todays appreciation with @commstark 1. Weekly yoga sessions as an outlet to appreciate my body movements and breathing 2. Costco eggs because it is a lot cheaper than the normal grocery store 😅 3. Cuddling my dog because it gives me a sense of comfort and calmness for whenever I am stressed!
