I love running because it’s pure you vs yourself pvp. No cheating, no lying. If you don’t train, if you’re not smart about it, if you stop - it shows. It’s just you, your body, and your mental strength.

I tried running once but it was a pain in the ass having to pretend I was walking every time a car came so nobody in my town laughed at me
