which part is debatable? it seems like elon hasn’t liked sam for a while but now he’s making it all of our problem. idc about moving to for profit personally. i support not limiting technological advancement with government but find ai concerning

Whether it’s better or not, it might be slightly ahead, but knowing Elon, this could change in an instant. He’s definitely making this our problem. My issue with the whole "for profit" angle is the ethical implications. Re regulation; that should be the priority. It honestly frightens me to think there could be some 14yo degenerate locked in a basement, building something with ill intent.
