Did you know? A Japanese man named Tsutomu Yamaguchi survived two atomic bombings! In 1945, he was in Hiroshima when the first atomic bomb exploded. After surviving, he returned to his hometown, Nagasaki… and three days later, the second atomic bomb was dropped there! Yet, he survived again and lived until the age of 93. Do you think this was bad luck or good luck?

I believe it's truly a stroke of good fortune that he has survived not one, but two disasters.

Wow, that’s wild! I’d say it’s both bad luck and good luck. Bad for being in those places at that time, but crazy lucky to survive twice and live such a long life! What do you think?

It's a mix of both—unimaginable bad luck to be in both bombings, but extraordinary good luck to survive them and live a long life.

Hard to say, he had to witness a lot of deaths, so shouldn't have been easy to call him lucky
