I've lived my whole life without any regrets. But the last 4 years have been so tremendously hard, and I have so many regrets now that it becomes so overwhelming, and I just feel like I'm failing 90% of the day.

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope things start looking up for you. Things often come in cycles so we’re rarely stuck forever in one place (good or bad). That’s how I like to think of it when things don’t look so good, anyway. “This, too, shall pass.” 🫂

That's a difficult situation to escape from. But you can get there.
