How does EF assess poor performance? And if an org/team/individual was assessed with poor performance, what happens next?

How frequently are people let go (in terms of % per year)?

And from your perspective, are people concerned with their performance and meeting their goals at EF?

I am not sure of the stats, I might not always be aware of each instance (often this is handled directly by a team lead, without leadership being directly involved). 

The people who work at the EF do it because they love Ethereum. That doesn't mean we are all perfect, but it's about as "mission oriented and driven" as you can get.
