I have to admit, I’m a newcomer noob who doesn’t know much about the EF and Ethereum’s history. But everyone is asking for dannyryan. You rarely see such equivocal support, cuz ETH folks love to argue with each other. So I’m in full support.

Mental that Coinbase is listing a random memecoin like PNUT that is going to be completely irrelevant in 6 months, vs a coin like VIRTUAL which is probably one of the biggest things to happen on its very own Base network.

You guys have been saying that Ethereum is going to collapse for like 9 years. When is this collapse going to happen and how? Meanwhile, many of your fellow Bitcoin maxis promoted Terra and FTX last cycle - 2 things that did completely collapse like the Hindenburg and Titanic.

This is the most likely scenario I’m forecasting, currently forming the right shoulder of a potential iHS continuation. This setup will provide the momentum to break 4k and target 10k by May. I expect a breakout by the end of January, though a test of 3k is still possible.

One of Max's more earnest suggestions was his insistence that the L1 should adopt Sol-style scaling, and in doing so, trade credible neutrality and decentralization for L1 execution. If Eth adopted Sol-style L1 scaling, it would make some of today's users happy while sacrificing

New research on the potential (low) impact to eth's decentralization if we decide to add 50% more blobspace in the next hard fork (Pectra, eta H1 2025). Crucially, pectra doesn't yet have the new peerDAS p2p blob data system, so any blob increase adds to bandwidth requirements.
