i've said this before, in case anyone wants to dig it up: three-in-one shampoo+conditioner+body_wash is sufficient proof that there's no difference between soaps and there never was. i use the cheapest, gnarliest, all purpose "man" cleaner available. if they had a "now includes toothpaste" option, i'd use that instead.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I have a very acne prone skin despite being 23. So i use - Salicyclic acid body wash Retinoid serum before sleep A sebamed moisturizer for oily skin A niacinamide body lotion I sometimes use a sheet mask if my gf gives me one

Yes, CeraVe gentle cleanser + SPF face lotion in the morning. Same cleanser + retinol cream + Vitamin C cream at night. No bar soap straight to the face but my partner uses a Dr. Bronners bar for washing her face (recommended by dermatologist) and she swears by it.
