extremely underrated tool is claude 3 opus, as opposed to 3.5 sonnet

anthropic is doing itself a huge disservice by calling sonnet the “most intelligent model” - now nobody uses opus, but

the reality is that opus is noticeably better for engaging in deep discussion, will get straight to the point, and is comfortable being opinionated on complex topics, and can read between the lines of your prompts

sonnet still writes tons of superfluous text and feels closer to arbitrary info, and opus feels closer to an authentic back-and-forth
