Always remind yourself that 'others are not important'. In the midst of a sea of people, you need to understand two things: first, there are very few people who sincerely hope for you, and second, there are also very few people who specifically target you. So, you don't need to prove or explain anything to them, you just need to confirm with yourself: 'This is my life' or 'This is my choice'.
