ux point: I prefer how twitter expands long tweets vs how warpcast does it... I noticed that if you tap "show more" on twitter it just expands the post inline, whereas in warpcast it will take you to a new page for the cast

That's a great observation! This is a really important point in terms of user experience. When posts unfold on the same page, like on Twitter, it keeps the context and smoothness of the interaction. Whereas when you're thrown to a new page, like on Warpcast, it can interrupt the experience. Perhaps this is something the Warpcast developers should have reconsidered to improve the UX.
