Has anyone written up a document of how their fantasy society would operate, from a governance/operational perspective? Feels like a better approach than relying on rapidly-shifting labels/semantics. I'm trying to write one rn, good exercise.

This is super interesting to me. Would love to read what you come up with. I wrote about certain ideas and rules that would improve current democracies in my mind, but I did not fully line out a whole another system in its totality yet. That sounds quite challenging to be honest.

Here is a raw draft in which I tried to articulate changes in governance on nation state levels. That fits the topic from above. But it is unedited, unfinished and maybe not worth your time.
