someone was asking for an indepth review for people like ourselves. my ideal congifuration costs more than a fully configured m3 even at the über-inflated Turkish prices. it'd be impossible to import this beauty without paying x4 to customs brokerage. but i want one so bad.

Hm what's your ideal config? Or is it just crazy expensive in Turkey? My maxed out Framework 13 DIY with 64gb RAM and 2TB NVMe (fastest one you can get) was $1500 USD before taxes.

i like it all maxxed out knowing that the inflation will make it even more expensive to buy a simpler machine in the future. so, my ideal is all maxed up. if i had not maxed up this pro while buying in 2021, i'd have rugged myself since even a simple Raspberry costs like a quarter of my monthly rent. you cannot import as an individual anything above 150 EUR without a broker. hence, brokarage makes it x2-4 more expensive. brands like apple handle that for you, so buying a maxed out m3 max is more meaningful for me at around 9K USD min rather than paying up ~4K for Framework which i'll have to pay for around 9-10K via brokarage. yes, everything is crazy expensive here. in the past it used to be only real estate and cars but nowadays anything. that's why: https://x.com/mlphresearch/status/1800872612421406844
