need to build a custom frame for $GDUPI holders to participate in raffles for the upcoming collection — do i know someone who’d want to work on this soon?

needed features:
· verify wallets for asset holdings.
· apply filters to my liking (amount held, time held, etc).
· allow users to opt-in and draw random winners after 24h.
· provide a list of winners for me to create some based pfps.
