my tip allowance has steadily been decreasing the last few days. not sure why. can anyone help me troubleshoot?

I did a double take when I noticed my allowance today! Got crazy low I saw someone reply to a similar question and mentioned the tip allowance was reduced after the past airdrop, but should climb back
