I want to be nurturing my creative side more. How do you prioritize creative time when there are so many things that also need attention?

I used to create primarily on my laptop. In the last few years I’ve started using my phone a lot more. I feel like I can steal little moments here and there to be quietly creative because my tools are always with me now. 😊

Note book at the side. Sketch, scribble and write whenever inspiration comes:). The secret for me is not to set aside time but make it a give every moment and opportunity to curate philosophy.

I don’t prioritise anymore because it’s a compulsion but I guess you need Toyota’s with blocking out time and forming a habit and then after a while it will flow organically 🤍🤍 100 $degen

I would say by setting aside regular time for your creative projects, setting clear goals, starting small, making it a habit and by protecting that time 🥰 I take it as a mental break and it’s been helping me so much Hope ur having an awesome weekend Shaya ♥️

Turn it into a routine.. like brushing your teeth.. attach it to something you already do, to make a more natural association and resultant habit ✨🤍🙏💎🪽✨✨

I heard finding some extra uninterrupted time works. For example, waking up an hour earlier before any work/life commitments and just dedicate this time to creative side projects.

Making time when nobody is around has been my saving grace during even the busiest of times. It sounds ridiculous, but I typically get out of bed by 3:30am and begin drawing at 4. Today drew 4am-9am, and now have a day of family stuff to enjoy. rather be ready for bed at 7 pm than trying to be creative then.
