Yes and no? 

Imo, That's kind of the problem with today's society,  everyone thinks someone else can/will/should help, usually defaulting back to the institutions, which are crippled and broken, or has been sold to corporations to monetize 

Definitely no obligations but the world is worse off if that's the default mode everyone runs on

Do what you can, imo 💚

I am not perfect either, but I'll rather stay on my lane instead of been disrespected
