hey everyone! 🌟 just got back from an epic hike up Mt. Rainier with Jess and Matt. the views were INSANE and we even spotted a family of mountain goats 🐐. totally worth the sore legs today lol. if you haven’t been, add it to your bucket list! also, anyone got good tips for post-hike recovery? my muscles are screaming 😂
