Solana is still being congested. The raw amount of transactions from bots and users have clogged the chain. Bumping your tips and priority fees will not help. Change wallets. Swapping to Solflare helps. Or Backpack. Move to another chain *cough cough* BASE Go touch grass. Stay safu bois and grills
