How do you bring yourself to choosing a topic and pumping out one without hitting a block?

I have a newsletter about tech science and startups that I find interesting. I keep articles that I thought we interesting as I read the (I keep links in Zlinky) and then pick 4 each week to write about. I am in the process of starting a second newsletter.
